Dr Baumann Cosmetics Turns 21!
LET’S CELEBRATE: Birthdays are an opportunity to take the time to appreciate that which is special, and often when we do this we do so in the form of a celebration. Celebrations may involve the sharing of gifts, kind gestures, positive words, happy feelings, good company and so forth. We would like to share our birthday celebration with you; the people we consider to be good company, the people who consistently leave us feeling good, and the people who share positive words and kind gestures with us on a regular basis. It’s great to have such wonderful Dr Baumann Cosmetics friends! We’d like this week’s promotions be the gift we share with you. WHO: In the 1980’s Dr. Heinrich took special interest in cosmetics and the eradication of wrinkles. As a doctor oriented towards dermatology and naturopathy Dr Heinrich ascertained that cosmetic institutes, drug stores and other distribution channels were not fulfilling the criteria that he deemed necessary for healthy and effective skincare. This he wanted to change. Therefore he employed a highly qualified chemist to take these dermatological concepts and transform them into a new and leading-edge range of products. This highly qualified chemist is Dr. Thomas Baumann. And the latest result of this collaboration is the only cosmetic company in the world to produce Bionome skin care products.
WHEN: It was in 1998 that Dr Heinrich met Dr Thomas Baumann. In 1990 they founded Dr. Baumann Cosmetic GmbH, after which the first products were successfully developed over a two-year research period. In 2003, after 15 years of research came the breakthrough: the world’s first and only skincare line consisting exclusively of skin-endemic substances and vitamins: SkinIdent from Dr Baumann Cosmetics.
ETHICS: It quickly became clear that Dr Baumann Cosmetics needed to conform to the ethical criteria of health, environment and animal protection. Their process of ‘ethical maturation’ has resulted in a company that prides itself on ethics such as to never conduct, or commission, animal experiments; to protect the environment as far as possible which lead to no longer making use of unnecessary packaging for example. Dr Baumann Cosmetics upholds a philosophy of skin-friendly, animal-friendly and environmentally friendly products.
UNIQUE: Dr Baumann cosmetics also clearly differentiates itself from so-called “organic cosmetics”, “natural cosmetics”, and so forth. This is because it is generally known that no exact quality criteria exists for these types of beauty products. Deep lines caused by dryness are dramatically reduced. The skin looks healthy, fresh and smooth. Firmness and elasticity improves visibly, and sebum production is regulated.

Can be used daily, mornings and/or evenings. To apply gently and evenly smooth on a thin layer of serum onto the face, neck and decollete. This should be done after correct cleansing and toning, and should also preferably be applied after the use of an eye cream/gel.
